Climbing plants
Climbing plants are so useful in the garden; apart from being attractive in themselves, they are often used to hide unsightly items
such as oil tanks or on screening to separate different sections of the garden.
More recently, Clematis suitable for growing in containers have been developed, enabling gardeners to grow climbers on the patio.
At Merryhatton, the majority of our climbers are grown by New Leaf Plants in Cambridgeshire
where the climate is not dissimilar to East Lothian. Images credited to New Leaf.
